Shipping Policy
When will my order arrive?
- Major Cities (2-3 business days): Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Launceston, Hobart, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton
- Regional Areas (4-5 business days): All other cities and regional locations
International Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 2-4 business days
- Asia: 2-5 business days
- United States: 3-5 business days
When We Ship:
We ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure your treats arrive fresh! Orders placed after 8:00am Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather and road conditions.
Can you deliver to me?
Australia-Wide Delivery
Based in South Australia, we deliver fresh baked goods to all residential and commercial addresses across Australia through Australia Post.

- Local Pickup (South Australia orders only)
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
International Shipping - Coming Soon!

What happens if I'm not home?
If you're not home when your order arrives, our courier will:
- Leave it in a safe place at your property, OR
- Take it to a local collection point if no safe place is available
Important to Know:
- All orders are sealed in protective mailer bags for transport
- Once a package is left in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for it
- Since we ship fresh baked goods, we recommend using an address where someone will be available during business hours
Your Responsibility:
Please double-check your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible if parcels are undeliverable or returned due to incorrect address details.
Our Tip:
Worried about missing your delivery? Consider having it sent to your workplace or another address where someone will be available to receive your fresh treats!
Can I cancel or change my order
We'll always try our best to help with order changes or cancellations! Just keep in mind:
- Changes can only be made before your order ships
- Once your treats are on their way, we're unable to modify or cancel your order
- We can't change delivery addresses after an order is fulfilled
